Prof. Qing Li
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Qing Li is currently a Chair Professor (Data Science) and the Head of the Department of Computing, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is currently a Fellow of IEEE and IET/IEE, a member of ACM-SIGMOD and IEEE Technical Committee on Data Engineering. He is the chairperson of the Hong Kong Web Society, and also served/is serving as an executive committee (EXCO) member of IEEE-Hong Kong Computer Chapter and ACM Hong Kong Chapter. He serves as a councilor of the Database Society of Chinese Computer Federation (CCF), a member of the Big Data Expert Committee of CCF, and is a Steering Committee member of DASFAA, ER, ICWL, UMEDIA, and WISE Society.
Dr. Xiao Huang

Xiao Huang is an assistant professor in the Department of Computing at PolyU. He received Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2020, M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2015, and B.S. in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2012. Before joining PolyU, he worked as a research intern at Microsoft Research and Baidu USA. He is a program committee member of AAAI 2021-2023, ICLR 2022-2023, NeurIPS 2021-2022, KDD 2019-2022, WWW 2022, ICML 2021-2022, IJCAI 2020-2022, CIKM 2019-2022, WSDM 2021-2023, SDM 2022, etc. He is an Editorial board member of Computers & Education: X Reality.
Dr. Ninghao Liu
University of Georgia
Ninghao Liu is an assistant professor in the School of Computing at the University of Georgia. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in 2021, M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2015 and B.S. degrees in Information Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2014. His research interests are Explainable AI, Graph Mining, Recommender Systems, and Outlier Detection. His work won the Best Paper Award Shortlist in WWW 2019, and the Best Paper Award Candidate in ICDM 2019.
Dr. Yuxiao Dong
Tsinghua University
Yuxiao Dong is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Tsinghua University, and a member of the Knowledge Engineering Group. He received his Ph.D. from University of Notre Dame. Before joining Tsinghua, he was a researcher at Meta AI and Microsoft Research Redmond. His research focuses on data mining, graph representation learning, pre-training models, and social & information networks. Together with collaborators, recent research includes the Heterogeneous Graph Transformer (HGT) and graph pre-training (GraphMAE, kgTransformer, GPT-GNN, GCC) models, some of which were deployed for billion-scale applications in AMiner, Facebook, and Microsoft and nominated for best papers in WWW’22, WWW’19, and WSDM’15. He served as the PC-Chair of ECML-PKDD’20/21 ADS Track, Track Co-Chair ofWWW’23, Deep Learning Day Co-Chair of KDD’18/19/20, and the AE of IEEE Transactions on Big Data. He was selected as one of the IJCAI’22 Early Career Spotlights and received the 2017 ACM SIGKDD Doctoral Dissertation Award Honorable Mention and 2022 ACM SIGKDD Rising Star Award.
Guansong Pang
Singapore Management University
Guansong Pang is a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computer Science at School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University. Prior to that, he was a Research Fellow at Australian Institute for Machine Learning, University of Adelaide. He obtained his PhD degree at University of Technology Sydney in 2019 and his MPhil degree at Monash University in 2015. His research interest generally lies in data mining, machine learning, and their applications. He has published more than 40 papers in refereed conferences and journals, such as KDD, AAAI, IJCAI, WSDM, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACM MM, ICDM, CIKM, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMM, ACM CSUR, ACM TKDD, JAIR, and DMKDJ. He serves the community as (senior) program committee member or reviewer of these venues. He is an organizer of ANDEA and AI4AN workshop series at IJCAI 2020-2021 or KDD 2021-2022. He is an Editorial Board member of IEEE Intelligent Systems and International Journal of Data Science and Analytics, as well as a (lead) guest editor of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems.
